Welcome to Pinaka. These Terms of Engagement govern your use of our platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who Can Use Pinaka

• Students preparing for NEET or CA Foundation exams in India.
• Minors (under 18) may use Pinaka with verified parental consent via OTP.
• You must provide accurate information during registration. Fake accounts may be terminated.

2. What You Get

Pinaka provides access to:

• • Mock tests designed to match official exam patterns (NTA for NEET, ICAI for CA Foundation)
• • Real-time speed analytics and weakness identification
• • A private dashboard where only you can see your scores
• • Study resources and exam preparation content

3. What We Expect From You

• One account per person. Do not share your login credentials.
• No cheating or manipulation. Automated scripts, bots, or exploits are prohibited.
• Respect the community. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in account termination.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• • Free Pilot: The initial 500 pilot seats are free. No payment required.
• • Future Pricing: Paid plans will be clearly communicated before any charges.
• • No Hidden Fees: You will never be charged without explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Pinaka is owned by Padakanti Shivamanikanta. All content on Pinaka (questions, analytics, design, code) is owned by Pinaka. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any part of our platform without written permission.

Your personal data and test scores remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your performance data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pinaka is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of exam success. We provide the resources; your results depend on your effort and many other factors.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
